Aces and Races Multi-Track Mega-Card Feature
Wednesday, February 11, 2026
Welcome to your Wednesday war plan. Eight tracks, wall-to-wall action, and we’ve dug through every card to find the plays worth your bankroll. Let’s get to work.
The Main Event Plays
Aqueduct Race 7 — Maiden Special Weight, 6.5 Furlongs Dirt (3:42 PM ET)
This is the standout race of the day across all tracks. Pretty Boy Miah (Post 4) towers over this field by a country mile. The 3-year-old is projected to run a figure that dwarfs the par for this race by 30 points — the kind of edge you almost never see. Manny Franco rides for the Englehart barn, and the 2/1 morning line feels generous for a horse with this kind of upside. Complex Charlie (Post 1) and Felonious (Post 3, Pletcher) are the clear best of the rest, but they’re running for second money.
Betting suggestion: Pretty Boy Miah to win. Key him on top of exactas and trifectas over Complex Charlie and Felonious. A straight win bet at 2/1 is perfectly acceptable given the separation here.
Parx Race 8 — Claiming $7,500, 8 Furlongs Dirt (3:14 PM ET)
Here’s a bomber alert. J J’s Ranger (Post 5) sits atop this field with a massive advantage on the numbers, and the morning line has him at 10/1. Trainer Padilla-Preciado sends out J.A. Vargas Jr. to ride, and everything lines up — strong non-speed figures, a significant edge in the projected running, and a price that screams overlay. New Commission (Post 2) at 8/1 is the clear second choice on the figures, well ahead of the 5/2 favorite Uncle Irish (Post 9).
Betting suggestion: J J’s Ranger to win and place. Exacta box with New Commission. A trifecta key of J J’s Ranger and New Commission on top with Uncle Irish and Ahsad filling out the bottom is a sharp play at these prices.
Turfway Park Race 8 — Allowance Optional Claiming $62,500, 8 Furlongs Synthetic (9:25 PM ET)
The best race on the Turfway card features a tight but playable group. Takemetothebeach (Post 3) gets the nod for Mike Maker, with strong overall credentials and the best all-around profile. At 5/2 she offers fair value in a six-horse field. Just an Opinion (Post 5) at 8/1 is an intriguing price as the second-ranked runner, and Girl of My Dreams (Post 6) rounds out the top tier.
Betting suggestion: Takemetothebeach to win. Exacta with Just an Opinion underneath. Small saver trifecta adding Girl of My Dreams and Fantastical.
Best Bet of the Day
Parx Race 6 — Claiming $25,000, 6.5 Furlongs Dirt (2:20 PM ET)
Harp’s Hot Corner (Post 4) is the best bet on the entire Wednesday mega-card. He leads the field on the numbers and also carries the strongest non-speed profile in the race — a double-barreled advantage. J.A. Vargas Jr. rides for Padilla-Preciado (a hot barn today at Parx), and the 2/1 morning line is right in the wheelhouse. Downtownchalybrown (Post 1) is the clear runner-up.
Betting suggestion: Win bet on Harp’s Hot Corner. Single him in Pick 3 and Pick 4 sequences if the budget allows. Exacta with Downtownchalybrown and Veeson underneath.
The Value Board
Aqueduct Race 6 — Claiming $20,000, 8 Furlongs Dirt (3:12 PM ET)
Frizzante (Post 8) dominates this spot on the numbers and boasts the best non-speed profile in the field by a wide margin. At 7/2 with Manny Franco aboard for Brad Cox, this is a top stable firing with their best. The eight-point gap to the next horse is significant at the claiming level.
Betting suggestion: Win and exacta key over Shipsational (Post 10), Aggregation (Post 3), and Lotsa Trouble (Post 9).
Mahoning Valley Race 6 — Starter Allowance, 8 Furlongs Dirt (2:35 PM ET)
Absolute Miracle (Post 2) is the most aptly named horse on the card — she’s a standout in this field by a massive margin. The projected figure sits nearly 10 points clear of Dreaming of Audrey (Post 3), and her non-speed credentials are the best in the race. At 8/5 for the Skerrett barn, this is as close to a sure thing as Wednesday racing gets.
Betting suggestion: Use as a single in multi-race wagers. Win bet with confidence. Exacta key over Dreaming of Audrey and Shieldmewithprayer (Post 7).
Charles Town Race 5 — Claiming $15,000, 6.5 Furlongs Dirt (8:53 PM ET)
In the Chase (Post 1) brings the best overall package to this field — top numbers combined with far and away the strongest non-speed profile. J.D. Acosta rides at 3/1 for M.E. Jones Jr. The inside post is no issue at Charles Town at this distance. C R’s Uncle Lino (Post 2) and Chasing Colton (Post 6) are the ones to use underneath.
Betting suggestion: Win on In the Chase. Exacta key to C R’s Uncle Lino and Chasing Colton.
Stakes Spotlight
Turf Paradise Race 7 — Walter R. Cluer Memorial Stakes, ~7.5 Furlongs Turf (4:04 PM MT)
The feature at Turf Paradise is a competitive turf stakes with a wide-open feel. Saline River (Post 6) gets the slight edge on the numbers for Diodoro, with Terry’s Boy (Post 5) and Kennebec (Post 1) right on his heels. This is a three-deep race at the top, and at 3/1, 5/1, and 4/1 respectively, there’s value in spreading.
Betting suggestion: Trifecta box of Saline River, Terry’s Boy, and Kennebec. Add Silent Runner (Post 9) at 12/1 for a fourth horse in superfecta play — his non-speed credentials are sneaky good.
Longshot of the Day
Tampa Bay Race 8 — Claiming $16,000, 8 Furlongs Turf (4:20 PM ET)
Jibilian (Post 5) tops this turf field and has the best non-speed profile by a significant margin, yet the morning line sits at 5/1. The favorite Sky Masterson (Post 6) at 3/1 is three points behind on the projected figures. So So (Post 7) at 6/1 is another overlay with strong non-speed numbers. This is a race to play against the chalk.
Betting suggestion: Jibilian to win. Exacta and trifecta keying Jibilian and So So over Sky Masterson, Mr Business, and Fortunate Ryder.
Quick-Hit Plays Across the Card
Aqueduct Race 4 — Three B’s (Post 6, 7/2): Best numbers and strongest non-speed profile in the race.
Parx Race 10 — Quasi Warrior (Post 1, 2/1): Dominant figure advantage in a quality allowance field.
Turfway Race 10 — My Life Story (Post 7, 8/5): Clear top in the nightcap with elite all-around credentials.
Delta Downs Race 8 — Hegs (Post 7, 5/2): Best of the evening at Delta with an edge on the numbers.
Charles Town Race 9 — Go Go Prancer (Post 2, 2/1): Projected figure towers over this $5K claiming field.
Mahoning Valley Race 2 — Breezy Money (Post 6, 5/1): Ties for the top figure at a price — overlay vs. the favorite.
Turf Paradise Race 3 — Hurricane Cloud (Post 1, 5/2): GB-bred leads the turf allowance on the numbers.
Tampa Bay Race 6 — Undalay (Post 5, 6/5): Best numbers plus best non-speed profile — a double threat.
Multi-Race Wager of the Day
Parx Pick 4 (Races 8–11)
-
Leg 1 (R8): J J’s Ranger, New Commission
-
Leg 2 (R9): Margie’s Fun Son, Society Man
-
Leg 3 (R10): Quasi Warrior
-
Leg 4 (R11): Fifth of May, Nohai, Lady Catalina
Using Quasi Warrior as a single in Leg 3 keeps the cost manageable. A $1 base = $12 total. The two bombs in Leg 1 could set up a massive payout.
Final Thoughts
Wednesday’s mega-card offers some rare standouts. Pretty Boy Miah at Aqueduct is the most dominant horse on any track today, and J J’s Ranger at Parx is the best value play of the day — a potential 10/1 shot who leads his field on all measures. Focus your firepower on those two and build your exotic wagers around the supporting plays above.
Good luck and good racing. 🏇
