Aqueduct — New York
Race 1 — 8 Furlongs, Dirt | Maiden Special Weight | 3-Year-Old Fillies | Post Time: 1:10 PM ET
The morning line might say one thing, but the projected performance lines up squarely behind Pomerance (PP 2), who sits at the top of this maiden field and looks like the one to beat. Trained by C.C. Brown and piloted by M. Franco, she drew a clean post and has the edge over stablemate Pulling Threads (PP 5), who also comes in for Brown with F. Prat up. These two Brown trainees figure to dominate, but there’s a gap to the rest of the field — Full of Tact (PP 3) at 8/1 is the one to watch if either favorite stumbles.
Betting Suggestion: Single Pomerance on top of exactas; box Pomerance / Pulling Threads in the exacta and trifecta with Full of Tact in third.
Race 4 — 6 Furlongs, Dirt | Starter Allowance | Fillies & Mares | Post Time: 2:44 PM ET
A sharp, competitive spot. Sheer Will (PP 2) carries the top projection in this field with F. Prat in the irons and a Factors score that suggests she’s well-placed. Kadena (PP 3) with M. Franco is right on her heels, and the two appear to separate themselves from the rest. Vanilla (PP 4) at 7/2 makes for an interesting saver.
Betting Suggestion: Sheer Will / Kadena exacta; use both on top in trifectas with Vanilla in third.
Race 6 — 9 Furlongs, Dirt | Allowance Optional Claiming $45,000 | Statebred | Post Time: 3:46 PM ET
Baron of Sealand (PP 2) tops this field with a strong projected performance and a positive non-speed edge. R. Silvera rides for R.R. Rodriguez. Shadow Dragon (PP 6) with F. Prat is the logical main threat, and Alan Turing (PP 7) with M. Franco is live at 6/1. The bottom of the field clusters tightly, making the top two the smart play.
Betting Suggestion: Baron of Sealand to win; exacta with Shadow Dragon; include Alan Turing in trifectas.
Oaklawn Park — Arkansas
Race 4 — 8.5 Furlongs, Dirt | Allowance Optional Claiming $62,500 | Fillies & Mares | Post Time: 2:05 PM CT
One of the best races on the board today. Runamileinmyshoes (PP 8) is the top-projected runner in this quality field, with R.A. Vazquez aboard for trainer P. Miller. The non-speed edge here is substantial — she leads this category by a meaningful margin. Lemon Zest (PP 1) is the legitimate threat under L. Saez for B.H. Cox, who is one of the nation’s top trainers. Decadent (PP 3) at 7/2 rounds out the key players. With a $126,000 purse on the line, this is a race to invest in.
Betting Suggestion: Runamileinmyshoes to win and place; exacta with Lemon Zest; trifecta key Runamileinmyshoes over Lemon Zest / Decadent.
Race 6 — 8.5 Furlongs, Dirt | Starter Allowance | Post Time: 3:07 PM CT
A wide-open and fascinating spot. Uncle Caesar (PP 6) leads all comers with the top projected number in this field, and T.W. Bacon rides for T.E. Martin. What makes this race compelling is how tightly packed the contenders are — Black Powder (PP 5), Expect the Best (PP 2), and Morunning (PP 1) all project within striking range. This looks like a race built for exotic plays.
Betting Suggestion: Wide trifecta and superfecta plays are the value here. Key Uncle Caesar / Black Powder / Expect the Best in multiple configurations.
Race 9 — 6 Furlongs, Dirt | RHP | Fillies & Mares | Post Time: 4:44 PM CT
The feature of the Oaklawn card and a terrific race. Benedetta (PP 6) and Asternia (PP 1) share the top projected number in an extremely competitive field. Asternia has the edge in non-speed metrics, while K.J. Asmussen rides Benedetta for the powerful S.M. Asmussen barn. Filly Crystal (PP 8) is right there, making this effectively a three-horse race at the top.
Betting Suggestion: Box Benedetta / Asternia / Filly Crystal in the exacta; trifecta these three in all combinations.

Mentee (PP 3) at 5/2 is the public’s choice but projects notably below the top group.
Betting Suggestion: Oppose Mentee on the win. Target Extendo and Cairo Caper on top of wide exotics; this is a perfect race for a modest superfecta investment.
Turfway Park — Kentucky
Race 3 — 8.5 Furlongs, Synthetic | Allowance Optional Claiming $25,000 | Fillies & Mares | Post Time: 6:55 PM ET
A standout $102,000 pot. Celtic Charm (PP 4) is the clear top selection here, with W.A. Rodriguez for the excellent M.J. Maker stable. Strong Destiny (PP 2) is the second-best projection and the morning line favorite at 8/5. There’s a clear tier drop after these two, making the exacta the play.
Betting Suggestion: Celtic Charm to win; exacta Celtic Charm / Strong Destiny and reverse.
Race 7 — 6.5 Furlongs, Synthetic | Allowance Optional Claiming $62,500 | 3-Year-Olds | Post Time: 8:55 PM ET

A quality nightcap with $104,000 up for grabs. The Great Oz (PP 6) tops the field with R.M. Hernandez for J. Sharp, and Can’t Hush This (PP 1) is right there with J.D. Ramos. Swiss Slang (PP 7) at 5/2 is the morning line public choice but projects third.
Betting Suggestion: The Great Oz / Can’t Hush This exacta; trifecta with Swiss Slang in third.
Santa Anita Park — California

The premium race on the Santa Anita card. Wizard of Westwood (PP 1) and Twirling Point (PP 2) share the top spot with projections of 95 each — an unusual dead heat at the top. City Exile GB (PP 6) at 9/5 is just behind and is the likely betting favorite. F. Geroux rides City Exile for the talented G. Papaprodromou barn. With a $91,000 total purse, this is worth a strong investment.
Betting Suggestion: Box Wizard of Westwood / Twirling Point / City Exile GB in the exacta and trifecta. The public will pound City Exile, so there may be overlay value on the other two.
Charles Town — West Virginia
Race 7 — 4.5 Furlongs, Dirt | Allowance Optional Claiming $25,000 | Post Time: 10:02 PM ET
A sharp nightcap at Charles Town. Pork Chop Pete (PP 6) is the standout in this field, posting the top number with J.M. Nunez up for J. Contreras. Honeyquist (PP 3) and Thewitchisgone (PP 2) are the main threats, but neither can match Pork Chop Pete‘s edge.

Betting Suggestion: Rojo Rita to win; exacta with Prayforthewicked and Betty’s Dance; use all four in trifectas.
Race 8 — 8.5 Furlongs, Turf | Starter Allowance | Post Time: 4:15 PM CT

Betting Suggestion: Modest superfecta investment with Calibrate on top and a spread underneath. Avoid heavy win betting here — spread your dollars across exotic structures.
Sam Houston Race Park — Texas
Race 3 — 6 Furlongs, Dirt | Allowance Optional Claiming $10,000 | Fillies & Mares | Post Time: 7:22 PM CT
Successfulpath (PP 4) is the clear standout in this Texas statebred spot, projecting well above the competition with R. Diaz up for J.R. Caldwell. Midnight Breeze (PP 6) is a distant second projection, making this look like a prime win bet opportunity.
Betting Suggestion: Successfulpath to win and in exacta over Midnight Breeze and Bling Baby (PP 7).
Laurel Park — Maryland
Race 4 — 6 Furlongs, Dirt | Starter Optional Claiming $20,000 | Post Time: 1:27 PM ET
The best race on the Laurel card. Rampagius (PP 4) leads with a strong top number under A. Chavez for L. Gaudet, but Quick Tempo (PP 5) and Cold Feet (PP 3) are right there and make this one of the most competitive smaller-track races of the day.
Betting Suggestion: Box the top three — Rampagius / Quick Tempo / Cold Feet — in the exacta and trifecta.
Race 7 — 8 Furlongs, Dirt | Allowance Optional Claiming $62,500 | 3-Year-Olds | Post Time: 2:59 PM ET
The richest race on the Laurel card at $49,000. Red Zone Runner (PP 7) is the top selection by a significant margin, with M.J. Sanchez up for H.O. Padilla. Bala de Plata (PP 6) at 8/5 is the morning line choice and second projection. The gap to the rest of the field is notable.

Mahoning Valley — Ohio
Race 2 — 8 Furlongs, Dirt | Allowance | Post Time: 12:43 PM ET
Hurricanes Ablowin (PP 1) and The Chalk (PP 5) share the top projection in this Ohio allowance — a genuine toss-up at the top. The Chalk is the morning line favorite at even money, while Hurricanes Ablowin brings a slight non-speed edge. Globetrotting (PP 6) at 3/1 is the logical third option.
